Maciej Kazieczko vs. Bartłomiej Koperą set for KSW 47

Lodz’s very own Bartłomiej Koperą (9-4) will aim to get his very first win in KSW and in front of his hometown crowd when he faces young Maciej Kazieczko (4-1) at KSW 47 in the Atlas Arena in Lodz, Poland on March 23.

Kopera made his KSW debut almost a year ago at KSW 42. The 26-year-old, who had entered the promotion off the back of an impressive 7-1 run, lost a decision to Filip Wolanski. Kopera now has had a year off and will be aiming to come back in to showcase his improvements and register his first win in the KSW arena in this grappling vs. striker match-up.
Young Maciej Kazieczko came into KSW with only one pro fight behind him and made his debut at KSW 36 back in 2016. He has since went 3-1 in the promotion, securing impressive wins over three previously undefeated fighters in Tomasz Matusewicz Mariusz Mazur, and, most recently, Maciej Kaliciński.
KSW 47 features a Champ vs. Champ headliner between heavyweight champ Phil De Fries (16-6) and light heavyweight champ Tomasz Narkun (16-2), a co-main event contest between Five Time World’s Strongest Man Mariusz Pudzianowski (12-6) and Olympic Gold Medalist Powerlifter Szymon Kolecki (6-1) and a clash between former welterweight champions Borys Mankowski (19-7-1) and Dricus Du Plessis (12-2).
KSW 47 will be available to watch live around the world via online PPV at www.KSWTV.com on March 23.
