  1. General Information.
    • The Service collects information provided voluntarily by the User in the Registration Form and the Order Form.
    • The Service may also save information about the connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).

    • Viewing the content of the Service does not require the User to provide personal data.
    • Registration in the Service and the use of services may require the User to provide personal data. In this case, failure to provide personal data may limit the use of the Service and the provision of services.
    • The use of social media applications may require the Service to download and process the User's personal data from a social networking site. The lack of data may limit or prevent the use of social media applications.
    • The Controller processes the Users' personal data in order to provide services, for the purpose of marketing services and products offered by the Controller and its affiliated entities, as well as for other legally justified purposes.
    • Personal data are processed on the basis of a consent expressed by the User and in other cases where the law authorizes the Controller to process personal data.
    • The User's consent to the processing of his/her personal data is given voluntary and takes place by selecting the appropriate box on the form during the registration procedure or another procedure, aimed at enabling the User to obtain information or use the services. The User may withdraw the consent at any time by sending a message to the email address: rodo@kswmma.com
    • Using certain services may involve the sharing or transfer of personal data of the User to other users of the Service or the sharing or transfer of personal data to other entities. If, as a result, personal data are transferred to another controller, the processing of personal data shall be subject to the privacy policy adopted by such controller, meeting the requirements set out in the relevant legal provisions.
    • The Controller may transfer or share personal data to third parties if the User has consented to this, it is legally justified or necessary to provide services.
    • Personal data are processed in accordance with the provisions of European Union law and the provisions of Polish legislation, to the extent necessary to maintain contact, fulfil orders and to compile statistics of visits to the Internet Service Website. Statistics may be generated on the basis of log files to help in the administration of the Service, however, they do not contain any features identifying visitors to the Service.
    • Any person whose personal data are processed by the Controller shall have the right to inspect their content and the right to update, correct or request the deletion of their personal data contained in the database of the Service, by sending an email to the address rodo@kswmma.com

  2. Information on Cookies.
    1. The Service uses ?cookies?.
    2. Cookie files (so-called "cookies") are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the User's end device and are intended for the use of the Internet Service Website. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, their storage time on the end device and a unique number.
    3. Cookies are used for the following purposes:
      • creating statistics that help to understand how Service Users use web pages, which allows improving their structure and content;
      • maintaining the Service User's session (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to re-enter the login and password on every subpage of the Service;

    4. The Service uses two basic types of cookies, i.e. session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files stored on the end device of the User until signing out, leaving the website or turning off the software (Internet browser). Persistent cookies are stored on the end device of the User over the time specified in the parameters of the cookie files or until their removal by the User.
    5. Software for browsing websites (web browser) usually allows the storage of cookies on the end device of the User by default. Service Users can change the settings in this respect.     6. Limiting the use of cookies may affect certain functionalities available on the Internet Service Website.
    7. Cookies placed on the Service User's end device may also be used by advertisers and partners co-operating with the Service operator.

  3. Server Logs.
    1. Information about certain behaviours of Users are subject to logging in the server layer. These data are used only to administer the Service and to ensure the most efficient support of the services provided by the KSW Federation.
    2. The browsed resources are identified by URL addresses. In addition, the following may be recorded:
      1. time of arrival of the inquiry,
      2. time of send a response,
      3. the name of the User's station - identification performed by the HTTP protocol,
      4. information about errors that occurred during the execution of the HTTP transaction,
      5. URL address of the page previously visited by the User (referer link) - if the Service was accessed via a link,
      6. information about the User's browser,
      7. information about the IP address.
    3. The above data are not associated with specific persons browsing the websites.

  4. Management of cookies ? how to express and withdraw consent in practice?
    1. If the User does not want to receive cookies, he/eh may change the browser settings. We stipulate that disabling cookies necessary for authentication processes, security, maintaining the User's preferences may make it difficult, and in extreme cases may prevent the use of the Service.
