This Saturday two formidable featherweights Tomasz Zawadzki and Arbi Shamaev will square off against each other in the main event of the 3F show in Ełk. Building their under 66 kilograms division, KSW owners have decided to award the winner of this bout with the spot on the undercard of the upcoming KSW 26 event set for March 22^nd in Warsaw’s Torwar.

Tomasz Zawadzki is a twenty-six year old MMA Team Ełk fighter and the older brother of recent KSW newcomer Mateusz Zawadzki, who made his debut at KSW 23 last June. He has been training combats sports since his early youth. After kickboxing tenure, he switched to MMA six years ago. Tomasz, being trained by his father Marian Zawadzki and managed by Krzysztof Biernacki and Dariusz Buźniak, is also a professional soldier.

Arbi Shamaev is two years younger than Zawadzki. He is five and one in professional MMA and recently switched from lightweight to featherweight division, where he is ranked number ten in Poland.

Shamaev is a member of Piotr Jeleniewski’s PJ Promotion Group and the frequent sparring partner of KSW’s Anzor Azhiev and Jakub Kowalewicz.

Fans needs no special invitation to watch Zawadzki versus Shamaev as it is well-matched bout of two formidable warriors. Both of them deserve the chance to compete in KSW, but only will receive the spot on the upcoming card of the Europe’s greatest promotion.
