Over 60 new fighters had their debut in the KSW cage in 2024. Some of them really managed to join the organization with a bang while others had to recognize the superiority of those who have been for a long time. THE BEST FIGHTERS IN 2024

Rafał Haratyk

Rafał Haratyk started the year by taking part in the championship tournament at XTB KSW Epic. He faced Marcin Wójcik in the first round and proved his superiority with a knockout. Haratyk proceeded to the final against Damian Piwowarczyk, won by decision and secured the light heavyweight championship. In November, he defended his belt for the first time and put Marcin Wójcik on the canvass once again.

Salahdine Parnasse

The spectacular double champion has defended his lightweight belt twice in 2024. At the event in Paris in April, Parnasse defeated Valeriu Mircea and in December, he put Wilson Varela on the canvass.

Phil De Fries

The heavyweight king has been unstoppable in the KSW cage. In June, De Fries beat the experienced Augusto Sakai by decision and in November he managed to dominate and get a quick finish against Darko Stošić, thus defending his title for the eleventh time. Last year, Phil also took part in a grappling match against Josh Barnett at XTB KSW Epic which ended with a tie.

Jakub Wikłacz

Jakub Wikłacz defended his bantamweight title twice in 2024. First, he won a phenomenal bout against Zuriko Jojua which was selected as the fight of the night. Then, he proceeded to defeat Sebastian Przybysz and secured the bonuses for the both the submission and the fight of the night. At the end of the year, Wikłacz and KSW have parted their ways.

Robert Ruchała

Robert Ruchała has entered the KSW cage twice in the last 12 months. At XTB KSW 94, he secured a phenomenal knockout on Patryk Kaczmarczyk and won the interim featherweight belt along with the bonus for the KO of the night. At XTB KSW 100, he faced Kacper Formela and defeated him in his first title defense.

Piotr Kuberski

Piotr Kuberski remains undefeated inside the KSW cage and has been steamrolling over his competition. In March of 20024, he put Michał Materla on the canvass in a brutal and quick fashion. In November, he faced Damian Janikowski and knocked him out in the second round of the bout which was later selected as the fight of the night.

Arek Wrzosek

Arek Wrzosek enjoys quick finishes and he proved that again in 2024. In May, he knocked out Artur Szpilka in the 14^th second of the fight and in November he defeated Mattheus Scheffel by TKO in the 25^th second of the fight.

Paweł Pawlak

The middleweight champion has set foot inside the cage only once in 2024. In July, he defended his title against Damian Janikowski and defeated him by decision in a spectacular fashion after 25 minutes. Later on, health-related problems eliminated him from any other confrontations.

Mamed Chalidow

The legendary Mamed Khalidov has fought twice in the last 12 months. At XTB KSW Epic, he faced Tomasz Adamek in a boxing match and even though he was doing great, at some point he was unable to continue due to a hand injury and so he lost. In November, he returned to MMA fight in a bout against the undefeated welterweight champion Adrian Bartosiński to submit him in the second round. Mamed’s finish was named the submission of the night.

Štefan Vojčák

Štefan Vojčák fought twice in KSW in 2024, each time securing a victory. In his first bout which took place at XTB KSW 94, he knocked out Ricardo Prasel, the former heavyweight challenger. In October, Vojčák managed to put Michal Martínek on the canvass and so he was rewarded with a bonus.

BEST FOREIGN FIGHTERS IN 2024

Salahdine Parnasse

Laïd Zerhouni

Laïd Zerhouni has four KSW fights under his belt. They all took place in 2024 and they all secured him a bonus. Originally from Algeria and representing France, this fighter is a guarantee of excitement and quick finishes. He debuted in January of 2024 by instantly knocking out Bartosz Fabiński in the 12th second of the fight. In the second fight which took place at the first KSW event in Paris, he submitted Boubacar Niakaté in the first round as well. Laïd fought for the third time in September this year, but this time he had to recognize the superiority of Radosław Paczuszki. However, their fight was so spectacular that it was named the fight of the night. In December, Laïd fought for the fourth time and he knocked out Alain Van Der Merckt.

Štefan Vojčák

Štefan Vojčák fought twice in KSW in 2024, each time securing a victory. In his first bout which took place at XTB KSW 94, he knocked out Ricardo Prasel, the former heavyweight challenger. In October, Vojčák managed to put Michal Martínek on the canvass and so he was rewarded with a bonus.

Bruno Azevedo

The experienced Bruno Azevedo debuted in KSW with a bang in August. At KSW 97, he submitted Oleksij Polishchuk and received the bonus for the submission of the night. In his next bout taking place at XTB KSW 102, he will be fighting for the belt vacated by Jakub Wikłacz.

Muslim Tulshaev

Muslim Tulshaev has two spectacular fights in KSW under his belt. He debuted at XTB KSW Epic when he defeated Konrad Rusiński. Tulshaev won by knockout, using soccer kicks allowed by this particular ruleset. This bout was named the fight of the night. His second fight took place in August, when Muslim defeated Marcin Krakowiak in the second round and so he received the bonus for the performance of the night. In January, he shall return to the cage to face Daniel Skibiński.

Daniel Tărchilă

The young and talented Moldovan stepped inside the cage only once in 2024. At XTB KSW 94, he beat Dawid Kareta. Their bout was so spectacular that it was selected as the fight of the night. Daniel shall return to the cage on January 25th at XTB KSW 102.

Aymard Guih

Aymard Guih had two successful fights in KSW. He debuted at the first KSW event in Paris and he beat Francisco Barrio. In his second fight which took place at the jubilee XTB KSW 100 he faced the spectacular Dawid Śmiełowski and once again managed to secure a win.

Alioune Nahaye

Alioune Nahaye had a very spectacular debut in KSW cage in December of 2004. At the event in Paris, he faced Eduard Kexel on his six win streak. That bout turned out very exciting and so it was named the fight of the night. Nahaye can now celebrate another win of his career.

Madars Fleminas

Madars Fleminas has fought twice for KSW in the last 12 months. He started 2024 with a spectacular victory over Artur Szczepaniak. Fleminas knocked him out at the event in Paris for which he has received a bonus. This finish has also been nominated for the best knockout of 2024. In his second fight which took place at the jubilee XTB KSW 100, Fleminas had to recognize the superiority of Igor Michaliszyn.
