Two former KSW light heavyweight title contenders will face one another at KSW 61 as Croatia's Ivan Erslan (9-1) meets Poland's Przemysław Mysiala (24-10-1) at KSW 61 on June 5th live around the world on www.KSWTV.com.

29-year-old Erslan comes into this fight straight off the back of a title challenge at KSW 56 where he pushed champion Tomasz Narkun to his limits and had the champ in some difficult spots. Ultimately, though, Narkun came back and won the fight and handed Erslan his first defeat.

Prior to this loss, the man from Zagreb had won nine fights straight and emerged as one of Europe's top light heavyweights steamrolling through his opponents. Now he aims to get back into title contention starting with another stoppage win at KSW 61.

However, looking to work his own way back to the title picture is veteran fighter Przemysław Mysiala. At KSW 50 in London he lost his title shot against Narkun but bounced back with a trememdous crowd pleasing fight against Stjepan Bekavac at KSW 55. He might be nine-years Erslan's senior, but Mysiala has experience on his side. 

Five-time world’s strongest man Mariusz Pudzianowski (14-7) vs. KSW 1 tournament winner Lukasz Jurkowski (17-11) will serve as the main event of the evening and KSW 61 will also see the return of the fans. Under government guidelines, the Ergo Arena in Gdansk, Poland, will operate at a 50% capacity.
