Names of the first four fighters, who will battle for the KSW Federation Heavyweight (under 105 kg) Belt have been revealed. All of them will represent Poland in the tournament which takes place at the Martial Arts Confrontation 12, December 11th in Warsaw. Names of the remaining participants from all over the world will be released soon.

Number two ranked Polish heavyweight Karol Bedorf leads the field in the tournament. The popular "Coco" is the understudy of the outstanding BJJ coach Piotr “Bagi” Bagiński.
He is an excellent grappler, two time ADCC veteran who already fought in KSW. At our eighth event he took part in the 95 kg tournament and beat highly-regarded Frenchman, KSW 6 champion Francis Carmont. Now he returns to prove that he deserves to be the best heavyweight and that the KSW championship belt belongs to him.

Wojciech Orlowski is the second Pole in the Grand Prix. Nicknamed "Gentleman", he is a great wrestler, who only two weeks ago won international competition. Orlowski trains daily with Olympic Judo Champion Pawel Nastula.
His KSW appearance is not only going to win MMA fans’ hearts but also any women who watch the show. – I’ll do whatever it takes to win this whole thing – He promised in the interview we conducted a few weeks ago.

Daniel Omielanczuk is another Nastula understudy in the tournament. He has great power in his hands and likes to stand and bang. He is a multiple Polish Muay Thai Champion, a member of Muay Thai national team, the winner of Polish Sanshou Cup. He also won International Sanda Tournament in Austria.
Omielanczuk also had some success in amateur MMA. He was declared the best fighter of seventh Amateur MMA League and was a runner-up in Polish Amateur Championships at superheavyweight. He made his pro MMA debut October 17th in Lobez, where he defeated Arrachion MMA Olsztyn fighter. – Participation in the KSW tournament will show where I am at in my MMA career – He says.

Michal “Koval” Kowalski from Gdansk is the forth Polish fighter in the Martial Arts Confrontation tournament. The 32-year-old trains in Mighty Bulls Gdynia, under the watchful eye of Polish mixed martial arts pioneer Grzegorz “Jakubek” Jakubowski. Kowalski fought in MMA twice. In 2003 at second Vale Tudo Poland eliminations he lost after the extra round to KSW Team member Antoni Chmielewski. His first win came at Gladiators Series event in Tychy, where he needed just sixteen seconds to knock out his opponent.
He is a banker by profession, but works as a instructor in one of the Tricity clubs. He has interest in cynology, philosophy and Roman wars. He likes animals, especially dogs and he owns one, a Tosa named "Shogun", which accompanies him in morning jogging.
