Free Fight: Phil De Fries vs. Karol Bedorf
The UK’s Phil De Fries (16-6) came into KSW in flying form and captured the heavyweight title at KSW 43 with an upset win over imposing KO artist Michal Andryszak.
The Sunderland native then defended the title on home soil at KSW 45 in Wembley Arena with a very impressive submission win over former longtime champ Karol Bedorf, a contest where De Fries once again saw himself a massive underdog.

Next we will see Phil de Fries defend his heavyweight title against light heavyweight champ Tomasz Narkun (16-2) in the main event of KSW 47 at the Atlas Arena in Lodz, Poland on March 23.
