KSW 50 Open Workouts
On Monday afternoon in Warsaw, Poland fan and media gathered at the KSW Cross Fight Gym to watch some of the stars of KSW 50 do open workouts.
Heavyweight champion Phil De Fries showcased some of his skills ahead of his main event title defence against tough Brazilian Luis Henrique, Olympic medalist in wrestling Damian Janikowski displayed some of his work class wrestling, and The Polish Zombie gave us an insight as to what to expect from his collision with rival Norman Parke.
The open workouts also featured KSW 2 & 3 tournament champion Antoni Chmielewski and the debuting Aleksandra Rola. Click here to view the picture gallery.
KSW 50 takes place this Saturday live from The SSE Arena, Wembley in London, England. Tickets are available through Ticketmaster.co.uk & AXS.com. The event is available to watch globally on www.KSWTV.com.
