On the 17th of July in Jakubowo the 4th KSW Camp is set to start. Just like during the previous camps the KSW Team fighters were divided into two groups and will teach classes on fixed dates.

From the 17th to 22nd of July Maciej Gorski, Krzysztof Kulak and Antoni Chmielewski will lead the camp. Their presence guarantees solid trainings both standing-up and on the ground. Camp participants may also expect early wake-up calls and outside classes. All due to the popular “Highlander” who initiated this method of destroying summer lethargy at previous camps. – Super morning warm-ups are already scheduled. The second group of fighters will also make formidable coaches. From the 22nd to the end of the camp the participants will benefit from the knowledge of Daniel Dowda, Mamed Khalidov and Jan Blachowicz. Slick submission game and a lot of stand-up sparring sessions will by the topics during that part of the camp.
All ten days promises to be very interesting. The doubled number of applicants for the camp should be the proof of that. The experience of the participants is very varied, from beginners to fighters with pro MMA fights under their belt. KSW Federation owners and camp’s coordinator Michal Garnys prepared more surprises for all MMA practitioners who will come to Jakubowo. They will be revealed soon.
