According to the information given last Saturday tests were conducted with KSW Team contestants. Unfortunately not everyone could be presented. Mamed Khalidov, Jan Błachowicz, Antoni Chmielewski and Maciej Górski were present. Daniel Dowda and Krzysztof Kułak were absent because of sickness. Accept of the fighters also Marcin Najman came, who got an invitation from Martin Lewandowski and Maciej Kawulski, KSW Federation owners. Directly at 11 am. all members were present in "World Class" Club in Marriott Hotel. Michał Garnys – KSW Team physical preparation specialist and marriage dr Urszula Szmatlan – Gawryś and professor Tomasz Gawryś responsible for the tests were expecting them. After the few introductory words each could start the running tests. One should add that each of the fighters had also his blood samples taken in order to observe the forming of milk acid in organisms. At 3 pm. Tests were done. Górski - after initial analyses had the bests results spending on the runway most time - 22 minutes. However who really got good result and who got week result will be known on Tuesday as we get to know the complete result. After tiring tests all got 2 hours relaxation in order to meet again at 5 pm. This time in "CopaCabana" Club on a plant, common training. All were present except for Najman who couldn't appear for private issues. Even before the training contestants and KSW owners sat on the rug and had a conversation. Next all gathered in pairs and started training. Mostly grappling techniques in order not to a get unnecessary injury. Owing to the first common training we could see some really interesting pairs. Mamed and Błachowicz were levering and straggling all the time. Górski who weights less than 73 kilograms had to deal with 30 kilograms heavier Lewandowski. Kawulski was trying to use finishing technique on Szymon Bońkowicz, Khalidov’s coach who participated in the classes. After 2 hours of training and fun of the rugs, classes was complete. There was a shower, time to change and all went to "Champions" restaurant to spent the rest of the day with delicious food. In the end "Konfrontacja Sztuk Walki" would like to thank Michał Garnys, dr. Urszula Szmatlan - Gawryś and her husband Tomasz Gawryś for participating in the tests. "Medical Diagnostic System Company" for necessary equipment of "Cortex Biophisic GmbH", and precisely for the devices use in advanced medical research "MetaLyser 3B" with exception of witch research couldn’t take place. "Manto" company, "CopaCabana" club for place to train and "World Class" for access to the Gym and to Champions Restaurant for hospitality.
