Polish MMA fans are very familiar with these two heavyweights, as they both fought for KSW several times, albeit never against each other. In February they will square off in the ring to determine which one is superior. Karol Bedorf versus David Oliva is the first confirmed bout for the KSW 18, February 25th in Plock.

The American Oliva competed at two KSW shows in Poland. He took part in the eight-man heavyweight tournament, where his dispatched Wojciech Orlowski and Daniel Omielanczuk to reach the finals. In the tournament championship showdown, Chicago based wrestler defeated one of the best European heavyweights Konstantin Gluhov. In Plock Olivia will look to continue his winning streak of six consecutive victories. Will he be able to do that?

Karol Bedorf will do everything in his power to give him the first blemish on his MMA record. The Polish ADCC veteran returns to competition after a year-long break caused by the back injury suffered in May. Bedorf last competed in March 2011 and two months later he was supposed to fight at KSW 16. Unfortunately the injury and rehabilitation foiled this plan. Thankfully he returns healthy and stronger than ever to put on a show.
