Unfortunately history often repeats itself. Professional MMA is a very injury-prone sport and it affects many shows all over the world. For the second time in recent months Jerome Le Banner had to withdraw from his KSW appearance against Marcin Różalski.

This incident not only affects KSW Federation, which had little to no time to find a replacement opponent, but most importantly it affects Różalski who trained extremely hard for few months to square off against the famous Frenchman.

At KSW 18 the popular Różal in his home town was last-minute matched against the higher ranked and more experienced opponent. It is no different this time, as he will battle a true veteran of combat sports. Rodney Glunder not only beat the Pole’s last foe, but he also has valuable victories over Cheick Kongo, Melvin Manhoef and Cyrille Diabate under his belt. Just like Różalski, the Dutchman is also a striker. In his bouts he either knocks out rivals or is knocked out himself. He answered the call to replace Le Banner, when he was preparing for another show that was cancelled. That is why he should be ready for a war against the crowd favorite.
