KSW Federation would like to announce that Helson Henriques will face Arbi Shamaev in the opening fight of KSW 26 fight card. Nicknamed “Bad Boy”, Henriques is the 29-year-old featherweight riding on the three-fight win streak.

The Angola-born fighter live and trains in Portugal under tutelage of former KSW tournament winner Vitor Nobrega. His current MMA record stands six wins, one loss and one draw and he finishes most of his fights inside the distance. In 2012 scored a widely-acclaimed three-second KO victory (video available here).

Helson is managed by World of Profit’s Maciej Kozłowski, who hopes to promote another champion in his stable, this time in the featherweight division.

Henriques vs. Shamaev showdown will open the KSW 26 show, scheduled for March 22^nd in Warsaw’s Torwar. The three-five-round-affair will be contested in the 66 kilograms limit.
