KSW Federation announces that the Montenegrin Vaso Bakocevic (16-6-1, 5 KO, 6 Sub) will battle KSW lightweight champion Maciej Jewtuszko (10-2, 5 KO, 5 Sub) in one of the main card bouts of KSW 28: Fighters’ Den on October 4^th in Szczecin. The non-title contest is scheduled for three five-minute rounds in the lightweight division.
 
It will be Jewtuszko’s first fight in nearly two years after the Berserkers Team standout suffered a severe knee injury. In his last KSW appearance “Irokez” submitted Artur Sowiński in the back-and-forth battle for the inaugural KSW lightweight belt. Competing in his hometown, the Szczecin-born striker will try to remind the fans that he still a force in the division as well as one of KSW’s most exciting fighters.

The 25-year-old nicknamed “Psychopath” is also known for being an exciting competitors who like to taunt his opponents before they enter the fight. In his last five professional contests, Bakocevic lost only once, dropping a decision to a fellow KSW lightweight Łukasz Chlewicki:
KSW is the biggest organization in Europe and for me it’s an honor to be part of it. I was always a fan of KSW and one of my goals was to sign with organization. Now I made it and I want to stay here for long – declares Bakocevic.

Jewtuszko is a great fighter, a veteran of big organizations, but that doesn’t scare me, it motivates me even more. So expect fireworks come fight time cause I’m not coming to lose that’s for sure! Polish fans remember me from previous fights against Poles. They were indeed pretty crazy, but this fight will be five times crazier. I promise!

Knowing their offensive ultra-aggressive styles, this lightweight battle has all the makings to be a fight of the night of Szczecin’s event.
