The fight card of the March’s KSW22 event is almost complete with the addition of the explosive heavyweight battle. Mariusz Pudzianowski’s ex-rival Christos Piliafas is set to face the Łukasz Jurkowski’s trained heavy hitter Kamil Waluś.

It will be the third fight in KSW for the twenty-five-year-old from Augustów. In his first two bouts he knocked out both Kamil Bazelak and Jacek Wiśniewski in the first rounds. Now it is the right time to match him up with someone more experienced.

For the last few weeks, Waluś has been preparing for the bout in the States along with the MMA and K-1 superstar Alistair Overeem. In the middle of February he will to return to Poland to finish up his training camp here.

Christos “The Mad Greek” Piliafas fought at the September’s KSW 20 in the event’s headliner against Pudzianowski. He is certainly not satisfied with his performance as he was easily dispatched by the former strongman. With another chance from KSW bosses, he will do everything in his power to rehabilitate himself.

Will the young and hungry Waluś repeat Pudzianowski’s performance or will the “Mad Greek” stop the Polish machine?
