The upcoming KSW16 event will feature seven exciting battles. In the lightweight clash, one of the best fighters in Poland Artur Sowinski will square off against German MMA veteran Gengiz Dana.

It will the third fight at KSW events for the popular “Kornik” (Woodworm in English). He made his debut at the fourteenth Martial Arts Confrontation in the lightweight tournament, when he lost to Danny Van Bergen after a thrilling back-and-forth scrap. That performance earn him another fight for the Polish leading promotion. At KSW Extra 2 – President Cup Sowinski dispatched Paul Reed in the first round.
His opponent, Cengiz Dana cornered German fighters at KSW shows before. He supported both Martin Zawada and Ruben Crawford at their fights in Poland. Now he’ll get the chance to showcase his own MMA skills.
Dana is one hundred eight centimeters tall and weighs seventy kilograms. He trains out Combat Club Cologne. Known by his Mosquito nickname, the German has twenty eight professional bouts to his record. With thirteen wins and fifteen losses his resume is rather mediocre, but his fights are always super exciting and fans adore his fighting style.
